If you are placing an order from the EU, please consider doing that through our Etsy store. Etsy collects VAT on behalf of the European authorities, which will save you time and money spent on additional fees when the package is delivered (with some limitations on the maximum value of the order at around 200 Euros)
Our processing time for 3d-printed items is 1-2 weeks.
We do our best to ship orders in 2-4 days. But for larger tools and orders
with multiple items, only the printing time may reach several days.
