Some signs of wear on the cover (please see the photos, especially the back cover). Marbled edges, leather binding. The binding is quite solid and, considering the age, is quite good!
The ledger is blank (we haven't checked all 1300+ pages, but all the pages we checked are blank.)
The first 100+ pages are alphabetized (for an address book, etc.). The rest of the book is numbered by spreads from 1 to 607. 1200+ pages in total.
