If you are placing an order from the EU, Australia or New Zealand, please consider doing that through our Etsy store. Etsy collects VAT and GST on behalf of the local tax authorities of these regions, which will save you time and money spent on additional fees when the package is delivered (with some limitations on the maximum value of the order at around 200 GBP)
Our processing time for 3d-printed items is up to 1-2 weeks.
We do our best to ship orders in 2-4 days. But for larger tools and orders
with multiple items, only the printing time may reach several days.
Cancellations: accepted for all items besides the items with customization.
Request a cancellation: before the item is shipped.
Returns & exchanges accepted within 30 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
