Papermaking mold and deckle with an option of a customized watermark.
This item includes either one mold and a deckle for papermaking.
You can also order a set of 3 or 5 molds with a single deckle for a discounted price. Please send us a message if you'd like that or place a customized order.

Mark II version of the set includes a deckle with additional supports for the mold (please see the photos).
Size of paper:
- A5+ (160x220 mm)
- A4+ (220x310 mm)
The total area of the watermarks: up to 8x8 cm (3"x3")
By default, the mold is printed with the laid paper pattern. Other patterns include:
- triangles
- squares
- rhombi (diamonds)
- hexagons
By default, the total area of watermarks is up to 8x8 cm (3"x3"). For larger watermarks please send a message.
The default height of the watermark is 1 mm. If you'd like to have a different height, please send us a message.
For the sets of multiple molds, the watermarks should be the same on all molds. If you want to get molds with different watermarks, please send a message, as additional design work may lead to additional charges.
If you'd like to get a different size of the mold and/or of the watermarks, please make an order with customization.
Warning: this set is printed with PLA plastic. Please do not use hot water -- PLA may become pliable at temperatures over 50 C (120 F).
The image/logo for the watermark should be sent in a separate graphics file. SVG or other vector formats are preferred.
Lines/contours should be 0.4 mm or thicker.
If you need assistance with your design, please consider making a customized order. Additional work will be charged separately.
The resolution of printing is defined by the width of plastic lines extruded by the 3d-printer: 0,4 mm.
Unfortunately, this doesn't mean that separate 0,4x0,4 mm dots would be feasible to be printed. Please take that into consideration, because for some designs with too many tiny details we would have to reject the order.
For higher resolution (up to 0,15 mm wide lines) please choose molds with wove paper pattern.
By default, our jigs and tools are printed in any random color available at the moment. If you want to choose a specific color, please write us a message. Colors currently available are listed in our FAQ section: https://www.etsy.com/shop/BonefolderClub#more-section
If you want to get your jigs printed in some other color, that may be done for an additional 10 Euro fee (if the color is available at our supplier).
You can always add tracking to your order for an additional fee.
Free tracking is available:
- for orders from the EU above 60 euros
- for orders from other parts of the world above 100 euros.
