Beautiful vintage finishing press for bookbinders. Produced by Harrild & Sons Limited, a defunct British manufacturer of printing machinery and supplies (London). Most probably in the first half of the 20th century (the company closed down in 1949)

This is a used item. Some signs of wear (please see the photos, send a message for more).
Threading on the screws is a bit chipped in places. The screws themselves are not too tight. Some cracks were probably filled by one of the previous owners. None of the aspects mentioned above influence the functionality of the press.
